PLR- Being open hearted

Willingness is the first similarity I observed between meditation and past life regression therapy. To be able to take a deep dive into oneself, and be a witness of the Self, I needed to willingly be eager to know myself, curious to peel away the many layers beneath which my identity lay hidden.
For a successful PLR session, the other necessary pre-requisite is to be open hearted, non - judgmental about the self, and towards the self. The more I analyzed a PLR session, the less beneficial it became for me. This resulted in more dissatisfaction and skepticism. Once I let go, miracles started to happen. As long as I was using the mind to analyze the relevance or irrelevance of an experience, I returned empty handed, more confused than before. From the session my heart took over, the whole dynamic shifted.

After every meditation our Master offers a suggestion to practice AEIOU. Be aware of what the practitioner has acquired during the meditation. Every session is a gift, and if I am receptive and alert, I can consciously work on what I have received, the gift bestowed upon me. I enliven that condition, practice it and make it a part of me, imbibe and become one with it. And once it is a part of me, I also try and pass this condition and unite it with others. Anyone who crosses my path and is equally open hearted will be in union.
PLR also offers the same choice. It opens the doorway to wonders deep within and the receptivity of the person is all that matters. My observation and self-study of each session revealed the many repetitive patterns in my life. Many people who are in my life today, are with me because of something that happened I don’t know when. And till this slate is not cleared, these recurrences will not cease. With the help of PLR, I came a step closer identifying these patterns and sought help to bring them to a closure.
