Counselling & Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy (also called counseling or therapy) offers a chance for personal transformation, relief from distress and emotional suffering. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Client Centered Therapy and Mindfulness to help you progress towards your goals.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a psychotherapeutic approach, used to treat a range of emotional and mental health concerns. The CBT approach provides a model for understanding the relationships between our thoughts, feelings, behaviour or actions, and the impact they have on us, emotionally or mentally.

Client Centered Therapy is a non-directive form of talk therapy where you act as an equal partner in the therapy process, while your therapist remains non-directive—they don't pass judgments on your feelings or offer suggestions or solutions.

Mindfulness encompasses two key ingredients: awareness and acceptance. The focus is on increasing our awareness of the thoughts, feelings, and actions that hinder our progress.

I currently offer individual therapy and couples therapy (counselling) sessions.
