Past Life Regression – Willingly

Past Life Regression is more profound and deeper than what they usually show on the television: Hypnotising someone and forcing them to reveal their deep dark secrets! It is unfortunate that all the information I read or saw on past life regression is exaggerated and untrue. It does no justice to what this technique truly is, and the profound way it can help transform lives if practiced as it is meant to be.
I knew that I needed more than meditation and cleaning, to feel the lightness, the sense of being unburdened to move forward, and I continued my search. Having a clean today did assuage me, but if I managed to accumulate so much in this life and was struggling to get ahead of it, what about the knots I had tied in the past that I did not recall.
My conscious memory knew very little. My subconscious memory is the true reservoir, and my present habits, decisions and actions are dictated more by these past patterns.
Past life regression is one tool which helps with exactly that, a sneak peak, or a visit, or a deep dive into the past, depending on the needs and curiosity of the person who is undergoing PLR.

To dispel the doubts and myths shrouding PLR first: PLR is not hypnosis. PLR is not taking control of the mind of the other. PLR is not eking out information against the will of the other.
Before enrolling myself, I had asked my trainer many questions. All he could do was strongly restrain himself from laughing out loud. All my questions were unfounded and ludicrous!
PLR is a different kind of inventure! An inner adventure where the conscious mind is tempted to go but is afraid to do so. PLR opens the doors to those parts of my unconscious mind which my conscious mind fears and shies away from, unwilling to accepts the consequences.
Like meditation, it is the willingness of the person that holds the key to a successful PLR session. And, a successful PLR opens pathways, giving us means to help us meet our needs.
